Weeks, months, ago waking up at 8am was unthinkable for this manboy and a perfect reason to draw for me :) Sadly now he wakes up at 7 while I am lazily stretched out until 9 or 10 xD he doesn't draw though.

Summer summer summer! It is July, you know what happens in July? I turn 20 and start my life as a sophomore in college (the last happens in September).

Yesterday after work I got go to SF and see my awesome possum friend and amazing artist, Tiana! We went to a coffee shop where we got large bowls of hot chocolate adorned by a hat of fluffy white whipped cream...yum!

My second ever glass sculpture. He's about 1 inch-tall. He was supposed to be a giraffe, but the neck is a bit too thick and thus my friend calls him an alien c(:

The pink escaped my control and thus the kitty is not beige but watered-out blueberry juice.

Just got over a cold. Thus the mandarins, ah! and went to see the Chinese New Year parade in San Francisco yesterday. We bought many pop-its and pull-its (various kinds of harmless fireworks, which produce loud pops).

Tomorrow is Monday, I dislike Mondays, they boast of another week of work. However this Monday whispers of the joys of next weekend. On Friday I'm going to see a play by Moliere and right after I am going to be snatched up by friends and we will drive up to Tahoe, into the snowless mountains.

Finishing the application for a summer internship. Dying from school. It's winter and thus unpredictable weather in Davis. One day it's pouring rain the next it's summer.

Birthday Present for my boyfriend. My first ever free-standing glass sculpture and my third glass project. This little rat is about 1.5-2cm tall, her name is Kaylee, yes, named after Kaylee from Firefly :D

I hope to continue my glass adventures this quarter as I know I can do better than this, practice and loss of skin awaits!
