Just got over a cold. Thus the mandarins, ah! and went to see the Chinese New Year parade in San Francisco yesterday. We bought many pop-its and pull-its (various kinds of harmless fireworks, which produce loud pops).

Tomorrow is Monday, I dislike Mondays, they boast of another week of work. However this Monday whispers of the joys of next weekend. On Friday I'm going to see a play by Moliere and right after I am going to be snatched up by friends and we will drive up to Tahoe, into the snowless mountains.
